This protocol will allow Solvay to support the projects launched in Morocco, whether in the energy transition or in industry, with the objective of achieving carbon neutrality. Morocco’s decarbonization ambitions are fueling Savoy’s greed.
“We want to support Moroccan and foreign companies present in Morocco, because we manufacture composites for civil aviation and defense, and then green hydrogen ecosystems, since we also manufacture electrolysis membranes and batteries fuel,” said Ilham Kadri following the ceremony.
Morocco is now counting on the production of its green hydrogen, while aiming to rank it among the three most competitive in the world. As a reminder, Solvay has existed for 160 years, with a turnover of 10 billion euros and 21,000 associates worldwide.
