Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Cairo Criminal Court in Egypt sentenced those accused of defaming a Saudi doctor in Bulaq Al-Dakrour, to 3 years in prison each.

5 people were accused of kidnapping the victim, the doctor, by fraud, by luring him to the residence of the first accused, claiming that it was a health center, keeping him away from the eyes of his relatives, and their act was accompanied by a financial blood money to free him as indicated in the investigations, according to the “Cairo 24” website.

Investigations showed that the defendants stole the doctor through coercion, by brandishing white weapons, a knife-knife, as a result of their crime, a penknife, threatening him to use it in his body, which spread terror in himself and paralyzed his resistance, so they managed by this coercive means to seize his movables, as follows: indicated in the investigations, and encroached on the sanctity of the private life of the victim by capturing a video clip of him with a device in a private place without his consent.

The investigation authorities also directed the defendants in the case of the Saudi doctor that they possessed and obtained two white weapons, a dagger and a penknife, without a license, and the defendants were referred to that court for trial according to the entry and description contained in the referral order, and in today’s session the case was considered in the manner detailed in the minutes of the session for the ruling.

The court ruled in the presence of each of Ahmed M., Mustafa A., Moamen M., and in absentia Al-Mazouza H. and Hossam M., to punish them with rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years, for what they were accused of luring the Saudi doctor and filming him naked, and confiscating the two seized white weapons and obligating them to pay criminal expenses. .
