Following the power of the people Mi-na Kim, a member of Changwon City Council, who is being asked to resign with an article disparaging the bereaved family of the October 29 disaster, this time, the article by Lee Mi-ae Kim Hae-si of the same party is controversial.

While cheering for Rep. Mi-na Kim, who made the last words, she said, ‘Don’t apologize to anyone other than the bereaved family’, and reporter Jang Young covered it.

Changwon city council member Kim Mi-na, who is being asked to resign by posting last words such as “Did you die while saving the country?”

Prior to the public apology, the anger of the bereaved family continued with actions that raised doubts regarding the sincerity, such as posting inappropriate posts on social media once more.

“I haven’t slept a wink since last night. Aren’t you a parent raising a child?”

However, Lee Mi-ae, a member of the same party, Kim Hae-si, posted a post on social media today.

I wrote to support Congressman Kim and not to apologize to anyone other than the bereaved family.

Rep. Kim deleted the article as the coverage continued, as he was receiving national resentment due to the scandal.

Rep. Lee previously explained on social media that he had written condolences for this disaster, and that he was expressing his dislike for groups trying to agitate politically.

“Doesn’t that mean ‘there is no need to apologize to the people other than the bereaved family’?

However, it is pointed out that in a situation where the bereaved families come down to Changwon and sue Rep. Kim, the feelings of the bereaved family and the mourning people should be taken into account.

“I think we need to give comfort to the bereaved families. We have to think at least once regarding what kind of disappointment the citizens will feel with our remarks as a city council member…”

Civic groups in Gyeongnam Province started a one-person protest and an online signature campaign calling for the resignation of Rep.
