A 37-year-old woman who was diagnosed with new type of pneumonia in October was issued an isolation order earlier. She left her isolation place and removed her electronic wristband before the isolation period expired, that is, on October 22. She was charged with violating Chapter 599A of the law “Prevention and Control of Disease Regulations”, was fined $10,000 at Tuen Mun Magistrates’ Courts today (15th).
