Oppo unveils two new foldable smartphones… including one for Europe!

Always eager to innovate, Oppo presented its new smart solutions in the areas of entertainment, productivity, health and learning. As usual, it was during Inno Day, the online conference dedicated to the innovation of the Chinese manufacturer, that the announcements were made. Here’s what to remember from this second day dedicated to smartphones.

A foldable for Europe

Last year, we were able to discover the Oppo Find N in an exceptional way. Foldable smartphone only intended for the Chinese market, this one convinced us with its slightly more square format than what competitors in the same range offer. However, a year later, it was with a “flip” version that the manufacturer arrived on the European market.

For Oppo, “clamshell smartphones are undeniably the most popular devices on the folding market”. It is therefore a more controlled risk-taking that the brand operates with its Find N2 Flip. Here are the advertised features:

– Larger cover screen on flip smartphone.

– One-day autonomy thanks to its 4300 mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chip for lower energy consumption.

– A 2nd generation flexible hinge that gives the internal screen a “virtually invisible” crease.

– A “high-flying” photographic experience.

After an initial launch in China, OPPO will officially announce the Find N2 Flip to global markets – including most European countries – in the first quarter of 2023. We will still have to wait for more information on the device.

OPPO Find N2, the late

New version of the Find N, the OPPO Find N2 arrives with some improvements, particularly in terms of finesse and weight. But like last year, European users will not be able to take advantage of it since it will only be reserved for the Chinese market.

It’s a shame because Oppo offered, this year, additional features for the unfolded screen thanks to its operating system.
