Dubai: Cannabis was seized from an African national who arrived at the UAE International Airport. 37 kg of ganja was found in his luggage.
While checking the luggage at the airport, suspicious customs officers opened the passenger’s two bags and found marijuana hidden inside two plastic bags along with food items.
17 kg ganja was seized from one bag and 20 kg ganja from the second bag. The suspect was then taken into custody. He was later handed over to prosecutors for questioning.
