iPhone, iPad and Mac have become common tools for many people to work. If everyone in the meeting has an Apple device in hand, you can try the latest “Freeform” App.
The “Freeform” App is designed for team collaboration and supports simultaneous connection of up to 100 iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. You can also easily invite others to collaborate on the whiteboard in the App, or collaborate with others in a FaceTime call. The content of the whiteboard can also be stored in iCloud, so that users can keep in sync across all devices.
The “Freeform” app also provides a variety of brush styles and color options, which is convenient for users to draw by hand, or paste files for reference. The types of files supported are also quite extensive, including photos, videos, audio, documents, PDFs, website links and map location links, sticky notes, shapes, diagrams, etc. Users can even add images or scanned documents directly to the whiteboard through iPhone and iPad cameras.
From now on, the “Freeform” App is available for free on all iPhones, iPads and Macs that support iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2 or macOS Ventura 13.1. Users in need can download and try it through the App Store.
