Mother and son pretend to be sex models and lovers
A mother and her son have to answer before the Lucerne Criminal Court today. The AHV pensioner and the then IV pensioner are said to have financed their luxurious lifestyle, including Maserati, with fraudulent marriages and the illegal sale of sex pictures.

The public prosecutor’s office is applying for an unconditional prison sentence of 3.5 years for the 71-year-old and the 34-year-old. There are also conditional fines. The alleged crimes are various forms of fraud, forgery, threats or accomplices.
According to the indictment, from July 2016 until her arrest in October 2018, the mother and her son professionally played with false identities and fake love to collect money from men. They illegally sold pornographic images and films, posing as the women depicted in chats and selling the panties allegedly worn by them. They are said to have generated a total of 300,000 francs.
Son posed as “Jenny” and “Simona”.
The son is said to have tried to force a competitor in the sex photo business out of the market with harassment and threats, according to the indictment.
To a younger man he pretended to be “Jenny” and later also as “Simona” via a contact ad and with the help of erotic photos and got the lover to transfer the two invented internet acquaintances a total of over 20,000 francs.
Mother is said to be a marriage swindler
The mother is said to have approached two older men and made marriage palatable to them. According to the indictment, she withdrew more than 300,000 francs from her first boyfriend, who was skeptical regarding a wedding. She claimed, for example, that she was a doctor and needed a larger reserve so that she might take care of him if necessary.
According to the indictment, the alleged marriage swindler got 100,000 francs from her second victim two months before the planned wedding. She owed the money to her son, she said. Shortly therefollowing, the woman ended the relationship because, in her eyes, the man was too stingy.
