After filing the complaint and starting an investigation process, officials from the Villa de Cura Municipal Delegation arrested a subject for apparently engaging in the illegal practice of medicine.
This is Mario José Crespo Viña, 36 years old, who through intrusive conduct performed acts typical of a medical professional, an obstetrics specialist, once morest a young woman at 35 weeks gestation.
It was the woman’s third child, and the event occurred at the Dr. José Rangel hospital. This is a practice of medicine known as a medical evaluation in a vaginal examination. Now the case passed into the hands of the Public Ministry.
