The war in Ukraine has been raging for almost ten long months and might get worse. It is in any case the big fear of Jens Stoltenberg. In an interview with NRK and AP, the head of NATO evokes a possible “total war in Europe”.
“It is a terrible war in Ukraine. It is also a conflict that can expand and turn into a major war between NATO and Russia. There is no doubt that the risk of a total war is real (…) “which would then become a total war in Europe”, declared Jens Stoltenberg during this interview.
He nevertheless wishes to reassure and indicates “to work every day to prevent this”.
