Mercedes-Benz continues to market models equipped with internal combustion engines all over the world. But the brand with the star is pushing very hard on electrical technology at the moment, in Europe but also on other continents. In the current plans of the German manufacturer, Mercedes plans to sell only electric cars from the year 2030.
Is it to prepare for this revolution that the firm has just opened an exclusively “EQ” dealership in Yokohama, Japan? One thing is certain: in this new space of 1200 square meters opened in the city located south of the capital Tokyo, you will find only new electric models and no petrol-powered Mercedes (even hybrid).
Soon more Mercedes EQ centers around the world?
This is the first time that Mercedes has opened a dealership solely dedicated to electric cars. Remember that the brand now offers a complete range of zero-emission vehicles ranging from the compact EQA SUV to the very large EQS SUV, including family models and the EQS limousine.
