My mother went to see my father in the hospital bed; Dhanya teacher holding Avinash

Vellangallur: Class teacher Dhanya Martin lovingly held Avinash, who was in front of the ICU of the Medical College Hospital with his mother. On Monday evening Vellangallur Govt.U.P. When Dhanya went home in Pullur from school, Avinash was there holding the hand of the teacher and his friend and teacher’s son Joseph.

On reaching home, Avinash was received by Dhanya’s husband James, who works as a live stock inspector in Poiya, and their daughter Ann Rose, a class 7 student. Joseph is also happy to have a friend at home to play and study with.

Sivadasan, Avinash’s father, is undergoing treatment at the Thrissur Medical College Hospital’s ICU for several days due to a respiratory illness. His wife Sunitha is there to help.

As there was no one else at home, Avinash also went to the hospital. Before Shivdasan’s illness worsened, Sunitha had sent her son to school when she came to Vellangallur to go to work from the hospital. This was not possible when Shivdas was admitted to the ICU due to illness. Avinash was also sad to be separated from his father and mother. On Saturday, the headmistress of the school, M.K. Sheeba, class teacher Dhanya and another teacher Sheela went to the hospital.

Seeing Avinash standing in front of the ICU, Dhanya feels bad and invites him to her house. At first he did not agree. However, on Monday, Sunita called the teacher and returned to the hospital following reaching the school and handing over Avinash to the teacher.

Shivdas, a welding worker, was suffering from lung disease following contracting Covid. Sunitha used to do housework to earn money for Shiv Dasa’s treatment and her son’s education. They had to leave the rented house. All household items are left at another relative’s house. In the meantime, he fell ill and had to be admitted to the hospital.
