A Montreal Tiktokeur has launched a collection of clothing and other derivative products bearing the image of the now famous cows of Saint-Sévère, in Mauricie.
Since the beginning of the saga of the famous heifers who fled, Mathieu Murphy-Perron has published editorial videos on his Tiktok account. In a few days, his interventions went around the web with the hashtag #TeamCows.
“My last week took a very strange turn when one of my Toks exposing the cattle situation in Saint-Sévère to an audience outside Quebec exploded on the platform, which subsequently occupied the majority of my free time in the evening” , he wrote on Facebook.
The Montrealer finally decided to open an online store with derivative products, such as T-shirts with the inscription “Liberté” or macaroons.
The money raised is donated to the organization Sanctuary for farm animals in the Eastern Townships and the Front de Liberation des Cattle du Québec: Support for Vaches En Cavales.
