Glen Schofield, CEO of Striking Distance Studios, addressed the performance issues some The Callisto Protocol players reported when the game launched, mostly on PC. According to the creative, these errors were due to a “fucking administrative error.”
In a series of answers on Twitter, Schofield indicated that wrong file was used while patching the game, a bug caused by someone who was apparently in a hurry. The boss stated that although he was looking for answers regarding how the problem might have happened, his main focus was to solve it and that all the energy of the team was put into that.
