The story of Rizky Febian’s car being sold by Teddy

Jakarta

At Teddy Pardiyana’s trial which was held on Tuesday (6/12) it was explained regarding the origin of the white Innova car which is now a problem between Rizky Febian and Teddy. Through the testimony of Lina’s deceased sister, Yani, the car has been at their family residence since 2016.

He told that the car was left in Cileunyi because Lina admitted that there were already many cars in Jakarta.

“In 2016 the deceased over the phone, asked the driver to go there (Cileunyi) to deliver the Kijang Innova, the car belonged to Iky, Iky said the deceased said money,” Yani was quoted as saying from detikJabar when met at the Bandung District Court, Tuesday (6/12/2022).

“Time is kept in me, used for family only,” he added.

After that the car was used by Lina and Teddy following the two got married. Until finally when Lina died, Rizky had time to ask regarding the car and asked Yani’s help to pick it up at Teddy’s house.

However, following the car was requested, Lina’s personal driver said Teddy wanted to borrow it first as a means of transportation for himself and his daughter, Bintang.

“The deceased died, was buried at 11.00 WIB, in the followingnoon we gathered at Panyawangan’s house at my house. Iky said, ‘Miss, tell the driver to bring a white car (Innova) to Uncle Teddy’s house,” said Yani.

“Three days later the driver came to Panyawangan, I said Iky said I asked for the car to be delivered. On the fifth day, Mr. Asep gave me the news that Mr. Teddy said he had borrowed Bintang first here and there,” he explained.

But suddenly the car was sold by Teddy without the knowledge of Rizky or Lina Jubaedah’s family. Teddy argued that if the car was sold to pay off his wife’s debt to the bank and also buy the needs of their child, Bintang.

“As far as I know, from marriage, the physical form was with the deceased, until I sold it because the BPKB and STNK were in the name of my wife,” said Teddy.

Teddy keukeuh has the right to sell the car because the BPKB of the car is in the name of Lina Jubaedah. He said that at that time he really intended to borrow it for his son’s needs and had no intention of selling it.

“Because his wife’s name is (the car is considered to be Lina’s), at that time I borrowed it for Bintang because I was afraid of getting caught in the rain or getting too hot,” he explained.

In the BPKB, the white Innova car was indeed in the name of Lina Jubaedah, this was because Sule’s eldest son was experiencing problems due to progressive taxes.

According to Teddy, he has the confidence to sell Rizky Febian’s car, he also has the support of Lina’s personal driver, Asep Hermanto, who is usually called Pak Ecet. He also sold the car to pay a debt of Rp. 20 million and Rp. 70 million was used to buy a Panther car for daily use.

“Pak Ecet (Asep Hermanto) himself suggested, because the condition is still COVID-19, it is suggested to sell it. He also has debts related to banks that must be paid around Rp. 20 million, he has asked for a fee first,” he said.

“You know, when I was confused, when COVID-19 there were arrears at the bank, Dede needed his diapers to be confused, Mr. Ecet suggested selling them,” said Teddy Pardiyana.
