Cha Kwo Ling Laguna City Tower 5 was included in the compulsory testing announcement last Wednesday (November 30), requiring specified persons to undergo testing in the next two days. After the deadline expired, the government conducted a surprise inspection of the building this morning (4th) and found that 11 people failed to comply with the mandatory testing announcement. The authorities have issued compulsory testing orders to them, and 4 of them were also issued a fixed penalty notice of 10,000 yuan.

The Bureau of Innovation, Technology and Industry and its departments, together with the Kwun Tong Police District and the Department of Health, checked the test certificates of 268 people at the entrance and exit of the building from regarding 8:30 am to 11:30 am, and found that 11 people did not comply with the mandatory test announcement .

The government emphasizes that anyone who fails to comply with the mandatory testing announcement can be fined 10,000 yuan and receive a compulsory testing order requiring testing within a specified period. Violators can be fined 50,000 yuan and imprisoned for 6 months.
