There is the latest news of a sex video case involving Gisella Anastasia and Michael Yukinobu Defretes. One of the people who previously reported Gisel and Nobu to become a suspect, Pitra Romadoni, has now decided to make peace.
Pitra Romadoni said that he considered this case to be over. But because he wasn’t the only one who reported Gisel and Nobu regarding the sex video that was talked regarding two years ago, he mightn’t speak for everyone. What is certain from Pitra’s side is that this problem has been resolved.
“We have forgiven that. Never mind, just be peaceful,” said Pitra Romadoni.
“If I have forgiven the case in question,” he continued.
The journey of this case in the realm of law can indeed be said to be running very slowly. More than a year since the Gisel-Nobu sex video was circulated, in January 2022 to be precise, this case has still not been declared complete alias P-19. Pitra Romadoni kept trying to continue his report at that time.
As of January 19, 2022, the Assistant for General Crimes (Asipidum) at the DKI Jakarta High Court said that the Gisel case was still accompanied by investigators from Polda Metro Jaya. 11 months later, Pitra Romadoni claimed to have forgiven the suspects, but did not provide a statement whether the status of this case was SP3.
Met by members of the media recently, it seems that Pitra Romadoni is not too concerned regarding this case anymore. He has fully submitted the continuation of the Gisel-Nobu sex video issue to the investigators.
“Just leave it to the investigators. If you have SP3, thank God, that means the case is over,” he said.
“I haven’t received the letter yet. I think this case is over, why? The spreader has been convicted and detained, already sentenced. Regardless of the investigator opening a new case, that is the authority of the investigator. Our authority is to make police reports on accounts that spread immoral content. Regardless of who is the actor, That is the investigator’s authority. Regarding my report to the disseminator, it has been completed. Yes, I think it’s peaceful,” he concluded.
Two years ago, on November 6, 2020, a video with adult content involving a man and a woman was circulating on Twitter. The video also shocked the world of social media and dragged Gisel’s name along with it.
How might it not be, the female character in the exciting video has a face similar to Gading Marten’s ex-wife. Because it was already viral, Gisel finally admitted that the woman in the video was him.
In this regard, Polda Metro Jaya summoned Gisel to be examined as a witness in a suspected pornography case on November 17, 2020. Then on December 23, 2020, Gisel returned to fulfill the summons of investigators at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, still serving as a witness in the case of spreading exciting videos similar to himself.
After more than a month and a half, the police finally raised Gisel’s status from witness to suspect on Tuesday, December 29 2020.
Not only Gisel, Polda Metro Jaya has also named a man named Michael Yukinobu Defretes, who is the male actor in Gisel’s exciting video, as a suspect.
