After two years of interruption due to corona, a new edition of the family leisure and games fair “Spiel aktiv” of the state of Tyrol will take place this weekend in the Innsbruck exhibition center. During a tour of the fair today, Saturday, the Councilor for Families and Generations Astrid Mair convince of the unbroken enthusiasm for playing among young and old. “Spiel aktiv” will open its doors tomorrow, Sunday, December 4, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. More than 1,000 games will be presented on site. With the Tyrolean family pass you can also purchase a reduced family ticket for seven euros.
“Playing together is not only for entertainment in all age groups, but also promotes togetherness and solidarity. At the same time, there are numerous games that strengthen thinking, riddles or a sense of strategic action. I was able to convince myself of this during my tour of the fair, which was also characterized by many exciting encounters. Tomorrow, Sunday, those who are interested will have another opportunity to find out regarding the latest games and the state’s extensive range of offers for families at the fair,” points out LRin Mair to the last day of the fair.
