Is the building energy performance certificate (EPB) reliable?

The PEB is a document that notes the energy performance of your building, on a scale, graduated in letters, which can go from G to A+. G being the worst result and A+ the best, with a corresponding color code, which gradually goes from dark red (bad) to dark green (good). These letters represent the label to which your building is entitled.

To verify the reliability of this certificate, we first made an appointment with an energy certification company. Here, we calculate 20,000 PEB each year. It is François Soquet, the head of the certifiers, who welcomes us. Even if he defends the system, he recognizes that there are inconsistencies, starting with differences between regions:
