As part of the Moroccan national team, the goalkeeper was replaced for the World Cup match with the Belgians immediately following the anthem.

The Moroccan national team included in the starting lineup the main goalkeeper Yassin Bounou, known as Bono. He entered the field, took part in the performance of the anthem and photographed, following which the team announced on Twitter that the second goalkeeper, Munir Mohand Mohamedi (Munir), will play in the match.

The reasons for the replacement in the Moroccan team were not immediately named.

Bono plays for Sevilla, Munir for Al Wahda in the Saudi Arabian Championship.
