The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that the current employer can issue a final exit for the worker following the contractual relationship with him ends.
The Ministry stated that the basis for the final exit of the worker is following the end of the contractual relationship or in the event that his services are transferred through the “Qiwa” platform.
This came in response from the Ministry to an inquiry regarding the procedures followed to dismiss professional employment from the name of the employer, and the cases in which this can be done.
