The Public Transport Authority has announced the start of implementing the new identity for vehicles used in the activity of transporting cars and towing vehicles, starting today (Saturday).
The authority said that the application of the new identity aims to develop services provided to beneficiaries, and to enhance safety requirements during transportation operations, indicating that the new identity will enable increased organization and governance of activity and combat its concealment, in a manner that guarantees an improvement in the quality and efficiency of these services.
And she indicated that the new identity includes the unified color, marks and data required to be placed on vehicles that work in the activity of transporting cars and towing vehicles, with an exception being made for a “year period” for those who have valid operating cards and before the date of the actual application of the new identity.
The authority called on the establishments and individuals working in the activity to view the regulations governing the activity and more details on its website, pointing out that it allows submitting inquiries and observations through direct communication through the unified number: 19929.
