An Iranian lawyer denounces: “It is impossible to defend demonstrators”

A dozen Geneva lawyers gathered Thursday morning in “solidarity with our Iranian colleagues”, says Mitra Sohrabi, a lawyer of Iranian origin. “All the principles of justice are violated in Iran”, she denounces, especially since the beginning of the demonstrations following the death in mid-September of the young Kurdish Mahsa Amini who died following her arrest by the morality police for a scarf too freely worn.
