The Ministry of Health explains the benefits of walking on mental and physical health

1- Choosing comfortable shoes of a suitable size for the foot so that it does not cause harm or ulcers.

2- It is recommended to practice walking in the open air and to choose flat paths for the safety of the joints.

3- It is recommended to carry water while doing this sport, especially if it is for long distances.

4- It is always recommended to do a warm-up before walking, i.e. walking slowly at first.

5- It is recommended to finish walking by gradually slowing down.
