Al-Marsad Newspaper: Yasser Al-Shahrani, the Saudi national team player, underwent a successful surgery in the pancreas gland in King Abdulaziz Medical City of the National Guard in Riyadh, with follow-up from the national team’s medical staff.
Al-Shahrani had arrived in Riyadh, by medical evacuation, following it was decided that he needed surgery, following the injury he suffered during the Argentina World Cup match.
Al-Shahrani was severely injured following a strong collision in the head, chest and abdomen.
