Double goal for Giroud; France lead 4-1 Rabiot and Giroud netted; France is ahead

Doha: In the World Cup football match once morest Australia, the current champions France are leading by four goals once morest one. Australia struck first, but Olivier Giroud scored twice and Adrien Rabiat and Kylian Mbappe found the back of the net for France.

France hit back through Adrien Rabiat in the 27th minute following a concerted move when Craig Goodwin struck in the ninth minute. Griezmann’s corner was deflected by Theo Hernandez Rabiot. Aussie goalkeeper Matthew Ryan got his hands on Rabiot’s header but the ball went into the net. The second goal came through Olivier Giroud before the noise died down. Giroud’s breakthrough goal was in the 32nd minute. France was leading 2-1 at the end of the first half.

The champions attacked in the second half and scored the third goal in the 68th minute through Mbappe. A beautiful cross from Dembele from the right was headed by Mbappe between two defenders and into the net. The heat of the third goal was followed by the next goal. In the 70th minute, Mbappé’s cross from the left was sent to the net by Giroud’s header.
