Swiss midfielder of Bosnian club Zrinjski Mostar Karim Gazzetta committed suicide at the age of 27. informs Sarajevo Times.

The athlete’s body was found under the windows of a residential building in Mostar.

The footballer moved to the club from Mostar, which is the reigning champion of the country, in the summer. He was injured, and when he recovered, he was able to take part in two matches and was injured once more.

Gazzetta previously played for the junior and youth national teams of Switzerland, he was a graduate of the Geneva club Servette.
