The damage of grapes on the stomach
1- Diarrhea
When grapes are consumed in excess, the risk of diarrhea increases, and the reason is that they contain a high percentage of sugars, which make the stool more loose.

2- Constipation
Grapes negatively affect the health of the intestines when consumed in large quantities, because the water-insoluble fibers in them slow down their movement, causing constipation.

3- Abdominal pain
Grape seeds can cause severe abdominal pain and, in severe cases, can lead to appendicitis and irritable bowel syndrome.

4- Acidity
It is advised not to eat grapes on an empty stomach in the morning, because they contain salicylic acid, which causes a feeling of acidity, and also leads to stomach irritation.
