Kuwait City: Winter camps begin. Camps will be allowed till March next year. Officials informed that the preparations for this have been completed. There are strict terms and conditions for obtaining a license. Camps are permitted at 34 sites in Jahra and Ahmadi governorates. The authorities have clarified that the person applying for the license must be 21 years of age. The license fee is 50 dinars.
