The company “Pretty Shoes”, specialized in the manufacture and export of leather shoes, inaugurated, on Tuesday, November 15, its new unit in Casablanca.
With an investment of over 26 million of DHthe new site covers an area of 12,000 m2 and will create 800 jobs, said a press release from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Quoted in the press release, the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, welcomed the realization of this 100% Moroccan investment which “will contribute to the upscaling of the leather sector”.
The realization of this new unit aims to increase the production capacity of the company to meet the demand of its various clients, continues the same source.
After the partnership with Spain and Italy, “Pretty Shoes” concluded a three-year contract with the Spanish group Pikolinos. The company aims to conquer new markets such as the United States of America, Germany, Africa and the Middle East.
