Until now, more than 700,000 beneficiaries have received the S/270 food bonus, delivered by the government in order to alleviate the increase in products in the family basket. As reported by the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis), Lima, Piura and Cajamarca are the regions with the greatest progress (270,221 people) in the payment of the subsidy that started on November 2.
How do I know if I am a beneficiary?
Hernán Pena, Executive Director of Pensión 65, stressed that the only consultation channels to receive the bonus are the portal www.bonoalimentario.gob.pewhich will be available The 24 hours of the dayand if the person does not have Internet access, they can call the toll-free line 101, which will be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
He also indicated that through these channels people can consult: what is the means of payment that has been arranged to access the bonus, what day and in which place you can collect the bonus.
Regions with the highest payment progress
The Midis reported that Lima has the largest number of beneficiaries who have already received the S/270 provided by the Government (165,598 people), followed by Piura (56,435) and Cajamarca (48,188). These people, who have already received the monetary subsidy, belong to the Bank account deposit modalities, digital wallets (Yape, Tunki and Agora) and payment at Banco de la Nación windows.
It is followed by the regions of La Libertad (42,733), Cusco (37,321), Junín (37,185), San Martín (36,847), Lambayeque (33,144), Puno (30,939) and Loreto (28,263).
At the national level, a total of 733,826 people (17.3%) have already received the food voucher, of which 475,671 people received it through an account deposit. Meanwhile, 131,160 people did so via digital wallets.
Likewise, the beneficiaries who do not have bank accounts and have received their payment at the windows of the Banco de la Nación add up to 126,995 people.
Avoid scams
The official also called on citizens to only receive guidance through official media and not go to processors, not share personal information, not disclose withdrawal codes or keys, and not consult other pages of dubious origin.
“It is personalized information, on the platform www.bonoalimentario.gob.pe they will ask you to validate your identity, this information cannot be public, that is why we say that there are no managers, there are no WhatsApp chains to manage the collection of the bonus”, he indicated.
