The Minister of Popular Power for Health (MPPS), Magaly Gutiérrez Viña, carried out an inspection at the facilities of the Dr. Jesús María Casal Ramos University Hospital in the Portuguese state.
During his tour, he was able to review the progress of the restoration work at the hospital. He also inaugurated the new Hospitalization Areas of the internal medicine service for adults, according to a press release from the MPPS.
“We are seeing how dreams are reborn, how we can with the will and with the teamwork that has been articulated with the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles), the Governor’s Office and the Mayor’s Office rehabilitate and restructure all the spaces of health, guaranteeing the resources with the Bolivarian Government”, said the head of Health.
Gutiérrez recalled that Venezuela is a country blocked and besieged by North American imperialism, but little by little all the health centers in the country have been recovering.
On the other hand, the governor of the llanera entity, Antonio Primitivo Cedeño, stated that he will not rest until he rescues all the health spaces that the people need. “As a result of these sanctions and blockades, here we are taking that front and fighting to give all the best that the Portuguese nation needs,” he said.
