In view of the health conditions related to the spread of “cholera” and to avoid its spread, the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Bassam Mawlawi, issued a decision “assigning all governors to assume full supervision of the municipalities’ implementation of the decisions issued by the relevant ministers related to cholera and to follow up on developments, as well as tighten control over all water sources and tanks.” .
Accordingly, “reports are submitted on a daily basis by the disaster management operations room of each governorate to the disaster risk management unit in the Council of Ministers, including the actions taken by each governorate within its scope, attached, linking in detail the content of the decision issued by the Minister of Interior and models for the tables that will include: Tanks, wells and their destination, and water stores to monitor and ensure their safety.
