Star all-rounder Shardul Thakur, who is currently one of the main players of the Indian team, is the main player who is set to be released from the Delhi Capitals team. Thakur’s 120 runs and 15 wickets from 14 matches in IPL 2022 season. Shardul, who was unstinting in scoring runs, had little to contribute to the team’s good performance.
According to reports, Delhi Capitals have plans to release Thakur from the team and buy him from the auction for a lower price. Along with Thakur, wicket-keeper batsman KS Bharat and Indian batsman Mandeep Singh will also be left out by Delhi. With captain Rishabh Pant, chances of KS Bharat getting a chance in the playing eleven are slim. So Bharat, who is currently one of the best wicket-keepers in the country, is also better off leaving Delhi. Mandeep Singh, on the other hand, had a miserable performance last season. This is why the star has to go out.
