New European sanctions against Tehran

The European Union has approved the decision to impose new sanctions once morest Tehran, on the pretext of its support for Moscow in its special military operation in Ukraine, but it has not yet been legalized.

According to the Belgian “DPA” agency, the Union Commission decided to impose restrictions once morest five people and three entities claiming to be involved in the development and delivery of Iranian rallies to Russia, as their assets will be frozen and they will be prevented from traveling.

The agency added that the sanctions have not yet taken effect, and they will be approved and published in the official newspaper of the European Union as soon as possible.

This information was also confirmed by Archyde.com, citing high-ranking European diplomatic sources.

And claimed the spokeswoman for the European Union Foreign Ministry, Nabila Masrali, in Brussels, that the European Union has sufficient evidence to condemn Tehran.

For his part, Russian presidential spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, denied the authenticity of information regarding Russia’s purchase of Iranian rallies, and stressed that his country uses locally made equipment, bearing Russian names.
