Apart from the size, the screen of the iPhone 14 Plus is no different from that of the iPhone 14. The colorimetry is identical, with a temperature measured at 6649 K, just like the Delta E, very good (1, 2). The large smartphone has a maximum brightness just as high as that of the iPhone 14, within a few nits: it peaks at 830 cd / m², once morest 844 cd / m². All good for a high-end smartphone, even if we can still regret the absence of refreshment at 120 Hz (the famous ProMotion technology), the smartphone being satisfied with a fixed rate of 60 Hz.
Only the reflectance differs a little bit between the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, but not hugely. On the iPhone 14 we measured 44.2%, while the 14 Plus hit 46.2%. A very slight difference which should not have any real impact when used in strong light, especially since the brightness of the panel is high enough to compensate.
