Douaihy’s withdrawal will not be the last. Will the council bid farewell to the change?

It seems that the differences between the representatives of change have reached very advanced stages that threaten to break the bloc’s contract.

According to what was reported by “Lebanon 24” yesterday, the withdrawal of MP Michel Douaihy from the “Representatives of Change” bloc was not surprising, and it will be followed, according to the information, with the withdrawal of two other MPs, while a third deputy is still hesitant regarding the move..

After MP Michel Douaihy announced his withdrawal, the differences between MPs Mark Daou and Ibrahim Mneimneh flared up publicly through tweets between the two parties on the Twitter platform.

On the other hand, most MPs for Change, according to well-informed sources, are complaining regarding the positions of Representative Halima Kaakour and the performance of Representative Cynthia Zarazir. The sources say that this loss in which these people are drowning is only an expected result of the division that took place from the beginning, and which began to appear today following the changers tried hard to claim cohesion and unity among them. The sources considered that understanding between the bloc’s deputies has become almost impossible in light of the multiplicity of orientations and differences over sensitive and delicate files in the country. The sources added that the Lebanese should prepare to bid farewell to the idea of change, and that it has become a matter of time, and the next few days will prove that.
