Motorola unveils a new device that can be “stretched”

Speaking in the video, a Motorola official said that the alleged phone is able to stretch vertically, noting that it was “developed to be small and pocket-friendly when opened.”

The news is not only limited to Motorola, but other companies are also racing to bring practical, expandable smartphones to market. And a video allegedly leaked recently of another model from “LG” shows that the phone can be extended horizontally by swiping three fingers.

Reports claimed that the LG model features a 6.8-inch pOLED curved screen that can extend to 7.4 inches. It was also reported that the phone is powered by an eight-core “Snapdragon 888” processor, along with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

Motorola launched its new foldable phone, the Moto Razr, last August, which is very similar to its competitor, the Galaxy Z Flip 4, which was launched by Samsung in the same month.

The “Moto Razr” phone features a 6.7-inch “POLED” main screen (which appears following folding) with a perforated hole for the front camera in the top center. The phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor paired with an Adreno 730 GPU.
