It was a gesture in honor of all the stars who left us during the year, including the late Georges Al-Rassi. As for the artist Ihsan Al-Mundhir, a member of the musical jury in the “Murex d’Or”, the artist Carla Chamoun presented him with a number of songs he composed, including “Kalimat” and “An Jid” and “You are in my heart,” “If your window is yours,” and “The Spring of Love.”

A distinctive gesture by the members of the musical jury was the presentation of a song entitled “Waves of the Sea” written and composed by Joseph Khalifa, distributed by Charles Shalala and sung by Fadia Tunb Al-Hajj and Nader Khoury. Al-Hajj, Ranza and Elia Francis also presented a title for the famous song “You Raise Me Up” with a dance floor.
