The Deputy CEO, Thierry Laborde, head of retail banking, did the same for 500 shares on September 20 at 48.50 euros each and 142 shares on September 26 at 47.96 euros.
The Deputy CEO, Yann Gerardin, in charge of corporate banking, acquired 1,882 shares on September 26 at 47.96 euros.
As of December 31, 2021, Jean-Laurent Bonnafé held 107,824 shares. On that date, the Belgian State via the SFPI owned 7.8% of the capital and voting rights, followed by Blackrock at 6.1% and employees at 4.2%.
Individual shareholders were at 4%, European institutions at 41.5% and non-Europeans at 32.4%.
