Seven Senders acquires a network of relay points

by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

Seven Senders now offers a relay point service made up of the network of collection points of the various carriers, which allows European e-merchants to have a significant territorial network.

This new offer should help e-merchants to better meet consumer expectations, for the reception of their package, whether in terms of location or schedules. But also to reduce their delivery costs, from 25 % compared to home delivery, and with a success rate of around 100 %. Not insignificant advantage, this mode of delivery saves up to 300 g de CO2 per package delivered. But above all, with increasingly demanding consumers in terms of delivery and return, the e-merchant must be flexible and give visibility to its customers.

The PUDO, the localization tool

“Our new Pickup Point Locator enables European e-tailers to take a localized, customer-centric approach to better serve consumers, reduce CO2 and save money, comment Thomas Hagemann, co-CEO of Seven Senders. Seven Senders’ PUDO locator, the relay point location tool, allows easy access to this network.

Seven Senders relies on a network of 100 european carriersIt simplifies international deliveries thanks to different services like a compensation center, parcel insurance, return portal.
