“I don’t know if I’m going to see the kids grow up”

The fight of Natalie Weber (36) once morest cancer breast shivered once more Mauro Zarate (35), when the father of Tight (10) y Rocco (7) remembered the devastating phrase that his wife had said to him in the middle of cancer treatment.

“It was a very hard moment where she got up in the morning and told me ‘I don’t know if I’m going to see the kids grow up‘. It was very hard”, said the striker in PH regarding the borderline experience his wife had in 2016.

“But she was a warrior, a lioness, she was able to get ahead,” Mauro Zárate closed on Natalie Weber.

However, Mauro Zárate revealed Natalie Weber’s dramatic reaction when, six months following the operation, breast cancer returned magnified, for which the mother of her children had to undergo a bilateral mastectomy.

“It went well, but then came the second blow, which was very hard. Where you think you already beat him and (the tumor) appears bigger. There it was terrible, when he said, ‘I’m not going to get out of this, I’m not going to pass it’. I I supported her, but there were no words that might support me.”

In the end, Mauro Zárate was honest regarding the panic he suffered from Natalie Wener’s illness: “It was difficult to give the right word, breath. Because He looked at me and told me ‘you are not here, you are not the one who is not going to see your children grow up’. But everything went well“.
