Saad Hamdan and Carmen wore honors in Italy

The second edition of the “Al-Amal International Film Festival” was held in Italy, in the presence of a group of Arab and foreign artists. The information pointed out that among the attendees were the Lebanese actors Carmen Lebbos and Saad Hamdan, who were honored at the art festival.

In this context, Hamdan points out to us that the “Al-Amal International Film Festival” deals with humanitarian issues and highlights people with special needs and people of determination. The event included a jury composed of foreign directors and well-known faces. The Lebanese actor added, “Carmen and I were honored, in addition to a group of Arab artists, including Kuwaiti Mohammed Al-Mansour, Emirati writer and film director Masoud Amrallah, Egyptian stars Yahya Al-Fakharani, Laila Elwi, Ilham Shaheen, Ahmed Badir, and Egyptian director Hani Lashin.”
Hamdan explains that the festival was held on a ship that toured most of the European countries, and regarding 38 European and Arab countries competed for prizes for short and long films.
It is noteworthy that the “Al-Amal International Film Festival” was held between the 27th of last September and the 7th of November, and the third edition of it will be next year in one of the Arab countries.
