Paris Hilton was repeatedly abused in a psychiatric dormitory, she admits to the New York Times. “They stuck their fingers in us,” she said in an interview.

“Very late at night – around three or four in the morning – they brought me and other girls into this room and examined us medically,” Paris Hilton begins to tell regarding her school days. She was sexually abused at the Provo Canyon School in the US state of Utah. The school is a psychiatric residential home for young people.

The hotel heiress also confirms that this “examination” was not carried out by a doctor. «It was different employees who put us on the table and put their fingers in us. And I don’t know what they did…» she continues.

In the New York Times video, she goes on to say that she spent just under a year in the facility. Her parents sent her to this school because they might no longer control their daughter back home in New York.

“It was a recurring experience”

“With sleep deprivation and heavy medication, I didn’t understand what was happening. I was forced to lie down on a padded table, my legs spread… I cried while they held me. They just said, ‘Shut up. Be quiet. Stop struggling.'”

She continues on Twitter: “This was a recurring experience not only for me but also for other survivors.”

“I was raped and I am crying as I write this because no one, especially a child, should be sexually abused. My childhood was stolen from me and it kills me that this is still happening to other innocent children.”

It’s the first time Paris Hilton has spoken out regarding sexual abuse at school. In the 2021 YouTube documentary This Is Paris, she accused staff of emotionally, physically and psychologically abusing her through verbal attacks.

Provo Canyon School has been a part of Universal Health Services since 2000. Again and once more she is confronted with allegations of sexual abuse. The company has never commented on allegations from the past two decades. However, Universal Health Services agreed in 2020 to pay $117 million for “alleged” violations.

Several lawsuits are currently pending once morest the company and its centers. According to the New York Times, more than two dozen people allege in one lawsuit alone that they were sexually abused by a former medical director.
