On the 10th (local time), Apple released the latest watchOS 9.0.2 update.
According to Apple, this update fixes an issue that caused Spotify to stop streaming audio, and also fixes an issue where AssistiveTouch users would continue to be asked to set a snooze following the alarm has been cleared.
We also fixed an issue that resulted in incomplete syncing of wallet and fitness app data on newly paired Apple Watches, as well as an issue where audio from the microphone was interrupted on some Apple Watch Series 8 and Ultra models has been fixed.
The update can be installed through General -> Software Update following launching the watch app on the iPhone.
