Ziad Bourji reveals that he was threatened after his crisis with Elissa

Ziad Bourji revealed his death threat, following his crisis with Elissa last September, and their dispute over the song “I and Only”, and that he resorted to the judiciary for protection for him and his family, in light of his willingness to travel to perform concerts in a number of Arab countries.
Ziad Bourji revealed in a television interview, that he had received a phone call from a person who spoke with an Egyptian accent, threatening him with death during the past few days, and the number was from Libya.

Ziad Burji indicated that he received a response from the official authorities that the number of the person who threatened him, according to data from the Cybercrime Combating Office, spoke to one of his acquaintances regarding 17 times, refusing to mention the name of the person involved in what he described as a “death threat crime.”

Ziad Burji announced the release of a song and bird with his voice on his tenth wedding anniversary on September 11, stressing that he agreed with Elissa on this “orally” as the author of the song before the outbreak of the dispute between them.

On the other hand, Elissa responded through her legal agent, saying that what happened was “an infringement by Ziad Bourji on the intellectual and literary property of the song I WAS”.

She stressed that Ziad Bourji and Ahmed had made concessions on the song’s ownership rights and that she had documents confirming the illegality of publishing the song, and that she would also take all legal measures once morest this infringement.

On the other hand, Ziad Bourji shared with his followers a photo of the poster for his new film, “No Mistake”, through his Instagram account. And he appeared in the poster sitting on a chair, behind him was Jesse Abdo, who shared the work with him, and Ziad only commented: “Soon… Soon.”
