Christoph Hussmann from Fröndenberg swam, cycled and ran in the most prestigious triathlon race in the world. His competition morning started with a real shock.

Already in his childhood Christoph Hussmann started with athletics and cycling. Later he also rode a mountain bike. It should be the basis for what led him many years later to Hawaii for the well-known Ironman triathlon world championship.
