Patricio Yáñez was the guest in a new chapter of from you to you (Channel 13), a conversation that, at one point, put him in trouble when Martín Cárcamo asked him regarding his love life.
The driver showed him a black and white photo in which the former soccer player appears very close, mouth to mouth, together with Viviana Nunes, who was a model and prominent TV host. At the time, with the appearance of the capture, there was talk that there was a “supposed romance” between the two.
“It was an invention of the press, an invention of journalists and whoever took the picture,” said the former artilleryman. “I carry that cross to this day,” he added.
In those years, the rumor became credible because it was “two outstanding young boys, one in football and the other on television.”
It all came regarding because “they brought us together for the photo, following qualifying for the World Cup, in Juan Pinto Durán,” he said. Immediately followingwards, he continued, “they held a meeting, they put together a journalistic story and it deflated them at the touch.”
Of course, Yáñez revealed that, during that time of youth, he received thousands of letters from fans who wrote them ardent missives, inviting him to an apartment or house, including the keys to their respective homes.
On previous occasions, she has also denied the alleged affair, and even clarified that in the photography that became popular at the time, the “depth” is not captured, so it seems that both are facing each other, when it really was not.
