Razin was urged to leave the dead Shatunov alone: “No one will investigate anything”

The other day, Andrei Razin made a loud statement that Yuri Shatunov did not win his trial. He also said that the singer gave him the rights to the songs of “Tender May” for life and in case of death back in 2013. The showman is sure that the artist was killed, “driven” because of the money, and now insists on an investigation. The lawyer replied to the producer in a comment to Express Gazeta.

Andrei Aleshkin noted that “loud and empty statements have been going on for a long time.” “Glory Shatunov haunts. No one will investigate anything, no matter how stupid someone writes. Attempts to challenge the court decision in favor of the Shatunov family are unsuccessful. It’s time for a comrade to forget that he had a good project and move on,” the human rights activist said.

“The prospects for this case are clear. The complaint will be denied. The rights remain with the family. It must be said that the court of first instance correctly applied substantive law. In court, the producer’s side presented perverse evidence. In accordance with Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, “the exercise of civil rights solely with the intent to harm another person, actions bypassing the law with an unlawful purpose, as well as other obviously unfair exercise of civil rights (abuse of right) are not allowed,” explained the star lawyer.

Aleshkin is convinced that under such circumstances the outcome of the case becomes obvious. “Razin will not have the rights to the songs, and he needs to put up with it,” the expert concluded.

Earlier, the producer said that he had already turned to the President of Russia with a demand to investigate the circumstances of Shatunov’s death. He I am sure that the musician was “killed by concerts”. Allegedly, the producer received an answer that the case was sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Razin also filed a lawsuit for the rights to the songs of “Tender May” to the Court of Cassation, although he promised not to do this.
