In recent hours, through the social network Twitter it was announced that the first episode of the anime Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen (Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War), long-awaited continuation of the successful franchise, was leaked thanks to fans from New Zealand and Brazil, who recorded the episode from the platform Disney Plus of those countries.
Thanks to this leak, we know that the series will have subtitles in Latin Spanish, English and Portuguese. It also transpires that the first episode lasts just over 24 minutes, that neither the opening nor the ending has been shown and that the last 4 minutes are a compilation of commemorative videos from all previous seasons.
Faced with this situation, the faithful followers of the franchise from the rest of the world expressed their disagreement because the platform will not have a completely simultaneous premiere since in some regions (except Japan) it will be released much earlier and this will only encourage several see the series by unofficial means since the leaks are more aggressive than usual on social networks.
It is worth mentioning that the series will officially premiere tomorrow on television stations in Japan and the simulcast of Disney Plus and Hulu will probably also be enabled for the rest of the countries.
Tite Kubo published the original manga in the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from the publisher Shueisha between August 2001 and August 2016, compiling the work in a total of 74 volumes. The work inspired an anime adaptation produced by the studios Pierrotunder the direction of Noriyuki Abebroadcast between October 2004 and March 2012, with a total of 366 episodes.
